Guest feedback and public, positive reviews are essential to the success of any business. That’s why Free Rollers provides automated after-visit feedback messages that prompt guests to rate their experiences immediately after visiting.
If they rate their time as negative, we’ll prompt them to leave a review but keep it for your eyes only. You want to share all the positive reviews you can though, so when they rate their experience as awesome, we’ll prompt them to leave an online review (Google, Yelp, etc).

Unlike other free skating programs, the Free Rollers program does not use your customer data for offers to other businesses and potential competitors. The program is built entirely for your location— only you can use your customer data.

Flexible Rules & Pricing
Free Rollers is based off of a yearly membership system with a recurring annual fee. But, we allow YOU to choose the price of that fee in order best help your rink succeed with the program.
Why a recurring annual membership? Because it makes things easier on you! No need to spend considerable time and effort pushing lazy customers to sign-up again. Plus, you’ll be blessed with a flow of revenue from sign-ups each year.
To avoid upsetting members, we notify them when their membership is about to renew. They can make a cancellation if necessary, but who would want to cancel membership of free skating for their kids anyways?
